Everett E. Trump, 87, formerly of Ord passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Hospice House in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Everett Earl Trump was born September 3, 1937, at Comstock, Nebraska to Glen E. and Irena (Young) Trump. He was raised on the family farm near Oshkosh, Nebraska where he attended country school.

The family moved to Melburne, Arkansas where they lived for a short time before returning to the farm in Oshkosh.  Everett moved to Ord and met his wife, Carol Kirby. The couple was united in marriage on December 8, 1963, at Ord, Nebraska. Everett was employed at Farmers Coop where he worked until retirement.

Everett was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Benita Trump of Custer, South Dakota and Brian and Holly Trump of Ord; a son-in-law, Paul Blakeman of Merna; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Cody (Jayde), and Kally Trump, Charles, Robert, Anna and David Trump; one great-grandchild, Maddie Trump; and a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Glenna Trump of Rapid City, South Dakota.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol; a daughter, Lori Blakeman; granddaughter, Kylie Trump; brothers, Duane, Darrell, Cecil, Eugene and Charles; sisters, Gertrude, Betty; and an infant sister.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ord, Nebraska. Vicar Abigail Vetick will officiate. Interment will be in the Ord City Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church.
